The Russian direct investment fund and Indian drug firm Panacea Biotec announced the launch of the production of Sputnik V covid vaccine in india. The first batch covid 19 vaccine at Panacea Biotec’s Facility at Baddi HP will be shipped to the Russia Gamaelya Center for quality control. Full-scale production of the vaccine is expected to start this summer. RDIF and Panacea Biotec’s have agreed to produce 100 million doses of Sputnik V.
